Do you really use your machine and mask every time you nap? I know I am suppose to but I don't necessarily plan these things out to a T so going in my bedroom putting it on and everything just seems like such a hassle I guess I should but has anyone really seen a difference?

" My husband has on occasion. The thing he is just so darn tired from suffering with the sleep apnea that sometimes he just wants to 'sleep' and not fuss with it. He currently has issues with all of his masks and gets no relief. For someone who has apnea and NO problems with using their CPAP, then YES, they should use it all the time. "

" I use my cpap 90% of the time when I take naps, I just can't sleep without it. When I take a nap without it, I end up waking myself up from the sound of my snoring, or through not breathing, so I shake myself awake. "

" If I fall asleep on the couch or in the hammock, then I don't use it. However, those naps are pretty short since I wake myself up when I stop breathing. If I really need a nap, I lay on the bed and use the cpap. "
