I read somewhere, maybe here that you can change the setting on your CPAP machine yourself. Does anyone know how? Where would I get instructions? They longer make my machine, but it still works and I would have to go to a doctor 90 miles away for help.

" I don't think you can. I do believe that the Dr has to make the changes. That is what the guy told me when he gave me the machine. I would not want to know how because you don't know if you are making it to high or two low. "

" It depends on the machine! My old first machine had to be manually calibrated by turning some adjustment screw in side while hooked up to a pressure gauge. My Resmed S8 Vantage APAP that I am using now is adjusted off an LCD menu, but I had to get access to that menu by a special "code". This, of course, varies by machine! "
