I read somewhere, maybe here that you can change the setting on your CPAP machine yourself. Does anyone know how? Where would I get instructions? They longer make my machine, but it still works and I would have to go to a doctor 90 miles away for help.

I'd sure like to know where to get the 'code' to re-set mine!

I don't think you can. I do believe that the Dr has to make the changes. That is what the guy told me when he gave me the machine. I would not want to know how because you don't know if you are making it to high or two low.

It depends on the machine! My old first machine had to be manually calibrated by turning some adjustment screw in side while hooked up to a pressure gauge. My Resmed S8 Vantage APAP that I am using now is adjusted off an LCD menu, but I had to get access to that menu by a special "code". This, of course, varies by machine!
