" Don't Call Me Shy by Laurie Adelman. Helps you see how your way of thinking keeps you shy and teaches you how to change your thinking which helps you change your behavior. This is not just a how-to book...it helps you understand what makes and keeps you shy in the first place. To me, the best book BY FAR that I've read on shyness (and I've read them all!) "
