Hello... I just joined this group. I'm lloking forward to it because my shyness has definatly caused me alot of trouble and I want to kick it's butt up and outta here! Though I am a member of the depression support group I think I really need this one as well..... For two very good reasons:
1) I have no boyfriend/girlfriend what so ever (and never had one!) 2) I have trouble making friends..... Which I have none of... Yea. Oh yea and I forgot to mention that I canèt even talk to guys.... It makes me anxious for some unknown reason... T.T Anyway Can you tell I really need some help? ^_^' Posted on 02/29/08, 10:02 am |

Hi welcome to the shyness community.
There is alot you can do to learn not to be so shy and improve the way you relate to others. I recommend self help books, support groups and of course this group -- where you can get great advice and support from others who understand what you are going through including me.

Hi nice to meet you, I joined just this week too. I have a bf, but no close friends. I am excited about this site too because I never thought I would get the opportunity to chat to other shy people: for obvious reasons!

I am happy to be a part of this Shyness Support Group.
I was just wondering if there is anyone here who lives in the South of England (Hampshire) who know of any shyness …
I think that about 1/4 to 1/2 of my identity might be in the shyness Support Group.
