i can most definatly relate to all of that. (except i under eat and dnt sleep.) our self confidence and self esteem has been completly knowcked down because of what happend and i think thats what makes us feel like that 2wards ourselves. but your not alone in it atr all xxx

Hello Marie,
I lived with m any of the same things that you described for about 15 years until I finally overcame and won my fight against it all. I will tell you though it was a road full of pain and heartache but the silver lining is you will come out with more confidence and wisdom than you could ever imagine. I had a few differences of the symptoms that you have but most people will have the same effects with small differences between us. Right now you may be feeling alone but your not alone. We are here at the forums and many good people here love to help if they can or if you want we just listen. Do not give up, ever.
