I went 2 whole weeks without cutting apart my skin. I was so proud of myself. After going a week straight of tearing apart my arms they needed a break for good. But tonight I gave in. I got pushed over the edge. School is just too much to handle. And then my family isnt going that great. I just cant take it. So I cut 4 times... which isnt as bad as my record of 26 times in one night. I just wanted to keep cutting tho... like its not good enough. It doesnt take the pain away. Now I'm just filled with hollow pain. And it hurts so badly.

" YOu remind me of myself. Keep up the writing. God has a plan for you and it will come to be. I know what it means to believe in God and to stray. Keep talking... cause like someone told me its a start. "

" Congrats on going two whole weeks. Get back up and try again. Don't destroy yourself. You're much too precious. One day you will recognize this, don't continue because you may not be able to see that one day..with a cut too deep. It takes one second to lose control of the blade..trust me, I know. "

" Congratulations to going two whole weeks without cutting. Now it is time to begin again and see how far you can go this time. You need to be careful since the blade can go a little too deep and it will cause a lot of problems in the future. Some of my scars are as old as almost sixteen years old and they still itch and hurt. Keep up the good work and try not to fall off the wagon. (((Hugs))) "

" Just because you had a setback doesn't erase the progress you made. Maybe two weeks doesn't sound like a long time to someone outside the bubble, but I know how long two weeks can last when you're fighting the urge to split your skin. You're a step closer to being able to go longer. Keep with it. "
