I've been a cutter for 3 years, and its getting out of control. both my wrists r completely covered with cuts and scars and it's all i EVER think about....i cut at skool, home, friends houses, whenever and whereever i get the chance......what should i do!!??? i'm freaking out, and i can't control it anymore!

" It might sound scary at first, but going to a treatment center for people who SI can be very helpful, that is, if you are ready to quit. So if you really truly want to quit then that might be a good option and you can talk to your parents about it and insurance should pay for it.

If not that then there are other ways to hurt yourself without leaving scars, and I'm sure you know them, like the rubber band or sticking your fingers in icecream (that one really doesn't work for me but it does for my friend Cat) etc...

" i used to cut all the time and i still have the ocasional slip but some of the things i did to help was rip stuff, (mayb not the best idea) or like smash said snap rubbr bands agianst my wrists. "
