Definitely. Anytime it's talked about or seen, I struggle with wanting to cut. I haven't since October and before that there was a long time in between. It's getting easier to fight the urges. Now I just get a little anxiety but I'm able refocus fairly quickly now. Hang in there...

yeah. not 2 mention blood its self. i was at the dr. yesterday n after they drew my blood, lookin at the tubes of it just got 2 me. but my daughter was with me n i refuse 2 cut with my children there. by the time i got home the urge was gone. but 2 answer ur question?? yes, just about ne thing that has 2 do with it, or that reminds me of my past abuse.
