I had to put my cat down today. I really miss her. I want to cut so bad. I want to cut deep. The anxiety I have is so much. I feel like I can't breathe. My head hurts and I feel so absolutely alone and abandoned. I know it sounds silly, but it is a huge loss to me. She has been with m for 20 years. It's like losing a child or a sibling.

I know how attached i am to my animals, so that does not sound at all silly-it is losing a family member and i am so sorry you are going through that.
I don't know what else to offer, but you are in my thoughts, and if you ever want to vent i'm here to listen.

It is NOT silly at all to be emotional about losing a pet. I don't know what I would do if I were to lose my cat Sadie. I feel your pain, and I'm so sorry you're going through this pain. I know you really miss your cat. Hugs to you....
