Taking it easy today. Feeling blue...trying to get it all back on track. Love to all who enter here. I'm going to get my little Christmas tree out (that I bought at a yard sale) and see if I can use this for my tree this year. It is a mangled mess...so am I. My nurse called this morning and said I could lower my PIO to 1cc (as opposed to 2). YAY! She said my progesterone levels were great (kind of on the high side)...no wonder I am exhausted. The fatigue has set in BIG time today...like a load of bricks.
2nd beta in the morning...looking for 500+!!!

I have been doing a little research and what I have found in the healthy living site, that it may be a good idea to look at mineral supplements because insuffient minerals result in problems as diverse as osteoarthristis, chronic fatigue, some cancers, and poor mental concentration...

One thing I did notice when I did read on this particular site, fibromyalgia can be 'triggered' by a traumatic event such as a "CAR ACCIDENT"...

A brief update here.
My mom has not been feeling good for a long time now. She had some tests done and found out she has something wrong with her heart. She has decreased blood flow to her heart. She has a stress test done and some other tests and now she has to go in for angioplasty surgery on Thursday. This is going to be a busy week. Kitchen:
All accents, like curtains, rugs, clock, plant pots, tea kettle, place mats, table cloth, napkins, etc. will be bright yellow against stark white, with a touch of black.
Living room:
