ps i posted in the wrong section

i used to have a problem i was very anxious
at the time.it sounded to crazy and i couldnt explain it to people

for a long time as tryed to sleep
i felt my legs were bending up and forwards
against the bones like they were trying to
fold up on themselfs snap even ???

it was really really painfully bad
Was i crazy ?

also at the time in the day i used to feel like i just had to run out of the room sometimes
i felt driven ,i really had to move.
- in a car it was awfull when i felt like it i
wanted to jump out

??????
nuts or is this what its about???
im lost ?
