I've had RLS for about a year now, but lately it's gotten absolutely horrible. I've been losing sleep over this, because the non-stop twitching is horrible. Nothing works anymore! I've tried exercising, warm cloths, taking a bath, a shower, a hot pad, Quinine Sulfate, the works. I've even tried beating on my legs. That didn't help, but it made me feel a little better...
