I took all my meds on time yesterday but my legs started acting up during the night. I tried walking. I tried rubbing them. What I don't get is how my left knee can be still acting up when I've had a total knee replacement! I guess RLS doesn't know it's not a real knee!!
Finally put some heat patches on both knees & it's helped but still having trouble. I guess I should put heat patches up & down both legs. Why just stop at the knees! LOL Hope everyone has a good day. For me, just getting my legs to settle down will be a good day for me. HUGS to all. Posted on 05/21/08, 09:05 am |

I hope it's better today. I can relate, there are times when I just have to "get through" it even with meds. It's the brain that doesn't know it's not a real knee. That is what is hardest with me. Getting my brain to release and stop the burning, pain, creepy crawly, flinging and twisting.
May your day be smooth and calm. Hugs and smiles
