I sometimes get it in my arms but mostly it's in my legs, never both at the same time but as soon as it stops in one leg, it comes on in the other leg. If I don't have it and then I start thinking about it, for example I might think, oh, I haven't had rls yet, then it will come on. But I'm always conscious of it because never a day goes by that I don't get it and it always comes on around 7pm. It's like a form of torture.

I have restless leg syndrome and have had it in my right arm not too long but mainly in my legs.
I am trying to set up a support group on ds for rls. When I do, I hope we get a good group so we can exchange stories and how we are doing, We will be there for each other and that is the important thing. I am a support group[ leader where I live and it has made a great impact on their lives. I have been doing it now for a little over a year. Charlene
