Finally got outta hospital yesterday i was so bloody elated you,d think i,d won the lotto! i hate hospitals at the best of times but when you have a room of four patient,s all yelling for a nurse of farting and being very anti-social then believe me coming home is wayyyy better than any bloody holiday!! i had a very nice elderly patient who was next to me,her name was elsie,she was really funny!!... -

Kidney's are the same, right one fuller than the left. More pain than I think I should have every day.

Well tomorrow is the big cook out- We decided on ribs instead of a whole pig due to Bill's arm (he had rotator cuff surgery). There should be 40 plus people/kids there should be a blast for all. I pick up the ribs tonight- Wish me luck!

You know they said that when they took my kidney out that that got the cancer, but I wonder as sick as I have been lately, man I dont know how much more I can take. I know my 3 month check-up was good but I feel like hell (sorry). I can not eat half the time, my whole body hurts, my muscles, my joints, everything. My Daddy died on the 27th of July from RCC. We lost the battle to cancer.
I miss him so much. My 10 year old wants to put up signs around the block saying "lost papa"
In his mind somone will find him and bring him home. I keep explaining to him that he is in Heven.
I will now begin the journey of greaving for my father.

My family and I just got back from our annual 4 day "fancy camping" trip with several other families. It's a soft use of the word "camping" because we stay in cabins that have bathtubs and microwaves...they are NICE....so we call it fancy camping.

I received news from a dear friend of mine that she has started treatments for macular degeneration (an eye condition that eventually results in blindness) and also had several biopsy samples taken from her breasts this week. The doctors didn't sound too positive about the biopsy, but she's still waiting for the results.

I'm at my fathers bedside. He has almost lost his battle to this Damn cancer. 9 months from start to finish. I'm beyond sad. I feel as though everything reminds me of him.
