Raynauds and Treatment

Hi!

I've just started Aromotherapy and I'm wondering if anyone has tried this on their hands and feet to increase and improve circulation?

It's hit winter here and my Raynauds is bad again.. Gloves and sox only do so much.

Has anyone tried special gloves also? I hate the creams the gp gives because they are sticky and full of chemicals.
I go to the gym and do sauna's to improve circulation but alas.. not always as regularly as I like. If I find aromotherapy works I'll let ya's know but in the mean-time who has tried this and what did you try!!!! ???? Don't know why I haven't thought of this before! =)

" I would try something perhaps spicy if possible... like oregano? I don't know if you can get that in an aromatherapy oil though... I tried the battery powered gloves... they didn't work. Unfortunately the thing that worked best for me where things made from animal fur/skins... I hate that... My doctor has me on Norvasc (a blood pressure medication)... which so far seems to be helping... but since I already have low blood pressure it makes me feel dizzy.... Just thought I'd let you know! I wish you all the best! "

" I have never tried aromatherapy treatments but would try it if it works. their is not alot you can do but always be prepared and protect your hands and feet. I carry gloves at all times. socks too. no hands in freezer or holding cold drinks. I just can't. hands will go numb. take care of yourself and one of the best medication is Norvasc.. it works for me. Hope this helps. gail "
