Urinating a lot doesn't mean that your father has Prostate Cancer, his age too. But it could mean he has an enlarged prostate known as benign prostatic hyperplasia also known as BPH. He could also have a bladder infection. The only way he will find out is go to the doctor if he hasn't gone already. So if he hasn't gone please encourage him to go.

I agree with joy2go, seeing the urologist is very important. Many reasons, as you get older, for frequent urination and you need to get a professional opinion.

I have been told that frequent having to pee is not necessarily an issue. Emptying the bladder is.
