I've been thinking for a while now about if I should get pregnant or not. I mean I don't think my parents will have a problem with it. I'm just a little scared of the labor part. I just want to know from your opinions how pregnancy is like. I mean I want help on what to expect if I do.

First off are you finacially stable?
Are you ready to be a mom and revolve your life around this baby? Are you emotionally and physically ready? Will there be a father to help? Lots of things you need to consider..I think everyone is scared of labor at first. I mean its not a ride in a park but once you give birth to a beautifl baby its all worth it and the pain disappears. Make sure your ready having a baby is a big commitment in general! I hope you decide whats best!

To all of those questions are a yes. That's why I think I'm ready. But completely unsure of what will happen. I'm scared of something possibly happening to the baby. I mean I've been on medications most of my life and I'm scared that when I stop them it will still have an effect on the baby.

Well if its osmething your really considering talk to your doctor. Not only do you need to worry bout your health but the babys too!
I hope everything works out ok. But theres never a guarentee in pregnancy there is always risks. Its something you can never really be totally prepared for

you are only 17. you don't need to have a baby right now. your still so young. you need to enjoy your youth. i have a 5 month old and i'm 19 and it leaves NO time left for me whatsoever. having a child completely changes your life forever. things that were once so simple, become such a huge task. please re-think having a baby so young. wait until you are on your own and married and ready to become a mother. please reconsider..
