Hey, im a little worried im only 12 weeks pregnant and im bleedin down there is this something i should be worried about of is it just natural?

ummm idk.... i started bleeding at 15wks and was diagniosed with a threatened miscarriage i was see you ob tomorrow

i would go see your doctor, it isnt unusual to bleed that early on because the fertilised egg inbeds itself in the lining of your womb (which is your period blood). if its spotting then there is not much to worry about some people can have a mini period. but i don't know what kind of bleeding your having so i would deff go and see your doctor asap and ask just to be on the safe side.

Spotting is typical in the first trimester but only to an extent (although some women do spot throughout their entire pregnancy and go on to have a healthy full term baby) How much are you bleeding? And just to be on the safe side I would contact your OB asap. Goodluck sweetie!
