I have avoided this for 27 weeks as I wasn't sure of the dangers. Can I eat egg fried rice from a Chinese take away shop? Can't find any info online?????

" I don't see why that wouldn't be fine, because the egg is cooked. You're only not supposed to eat things with raw eggs. "

" The only thing I would watch for is any MSG in the food which might bug you a bit. Not sure if it would be in the egg fried rice though? I LOVE chinese food right now and have been eating lots... mmmmm that might just make a tasty breakfast LOL "

" Cooked eggs are fine. My husband does an excellent job of making fried rice. If you are craving sunny side up eggs with runny yolks or raw cookie dough (something from my 1st pregnancy), you can get pasteurized eggs to make them. That way you don't have to worry about salmonella. Or as far as the cookie dough goes, any of the already prepared dough has been pasteurized so you can eat it. "

" ohhhhhh, now I am hungry for it too!!!! I think it is fine to eat as long as the eggs are cooked (which they are) and it is not all the time (from a sodium/msg standpoint) "
