Symptoms come and go

Hi all,

I'm 6w pregnant and my symptoms come and go. I feel really nauseous and tired all weekend, and come Monday, I'm absolutely fine! Is that normal or is it an indicator of m/c? Should I be feeling nauseous for 3 months without interruption, or do you have on and off days?

Thanks!

" you will have on and off days. And not to scare you but sometimes it lasts longer than three months aaarrrrggghhhh! With my first and second I was never sick or nauseous, but with my third, I was naiseius the whole nine months. Good luck and I am sure everything will be fine! "

" My theory is that my partner just holds it in all week, to get through work without falling apart, and then lets it all out on the weekends. She is ALWAYS more tired and nauseous on weekends than during the week. She certainly has her moments during the week, for sure, but not as bad as on the weekends. So don't worry about it at all, it seems to be pretty normal! "

" With my first I was not nauseated and this go around I have been sick, one day I woke up and was just fine, I was really worried that I might had a miscarriage(again) and was scared to death, then the next day I was sick again, it has been much better and not as bad, I am thankful that I am sick alittle sick makes me know I'm still pregnant.
Don;t worry it does come and go. "

" Thanks everyone for your replies. I has definitely helped me not worrying so much! I think alh071 might be on to something: I actually hold it together during the weekdays when I have to work, and the weekends and days off are spent sleeping and throwing up!

Heard the heartbeats (i'm expecting twins) yesterday, so now I know everything is fine and I should bless the days where I'm feeling better! "
