I went for my scan and everythings ok :D, I saw my baby completly differnt from when I was 6 weeks. Its gone from a dot with a heartbeat to an actual baby with a heartbeat lol. I saw the baby moving around aswell whish was amazing! I am so happy :D

The only thing is I'm 9 weeks and 5 days but the scan messures 9 weeks and 3 days. Is that normal? And do I go by my last period or the scan? xXx

" Usually by the scan, but it all depends on how you want to look at it. From my LMP I am 9w5d and by my u/s I had on Wednesday I was 9w6d. SO by the scan I am currently today 10w1d. I think the scan is more accurate though. Just my opinion. Glad everything turned out ok for you =) Will be keeping you in my prayers. "

" Ultra sounds are the most accurate way of telling exactly how far along you are so I also go by the ultra sound. Since from month to month you can ovulate at different times it's not as exact when you go by your periods.

and of course YAY I'm glad that everything is going well for you. Pregnancy can be so scary and make you so anxious. I can't wait for my 19 week ultra sound in 2 weeks. It's neat to see the wee little thing with a heart beat at 6 weeks but it's so neat to see it transform into looking more like a baby lol "

" Go by the scan and yes its very normal. Docs simply estimate the date by your period but the scan is way more accurate. "

" Go by the scan, when I had my first ultrasound, I and the doctor had figured I was about 12 or 13 weeks going by my period, but the ultrasound measured me at 15 weeks!! "
