ok so im not that far along and tonight i was on the computer and i started sneezing and i sneezed really hard and i peed a little lol this is soo embarrassing for me but i didnt even realize i had to pee or anything i just started sneezing and there it came! lol wow! anyways has this ever happened to anyone? i would appreciate any advice!

Relax! It is perfectly normal! Don't be embarresed by it. It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately it only gets worse! After I had my daughter, I was at the market and the urge to pee came so suddenly that I couldn't get to the bathroom. I peed myself right there! Then of course I left my full basket and went home to shower and change! Try wearing pantiliners for the sneezes and once you get further along, maybe a maxipad or incontinence pad if it gets worse. Very normal, I wear pantyliners now for the pees and the discharge. They are definitely a necessity now.

Its TOTALLY normal. I was bathing my daughter once and I sneezed and pee'd on myself.. Hahah I was like OMG! I felt just the way you do. But eh it happens.. just wear a pantyliner :)

It's been happening to me the past couple weeks as I am almost to my third trimester. I've been trying to get to the bathroom sooner rather than later now when I get the urge to go, even if I went a half hour earlier to try to avoid this problem.

normal... if you start peeing over everything though let your dr. in on it cause you could have a week bladder... no biggy. One of the wonderful things about being pregnant and having babies LOL. There is NO way I can go on a trampoline after my son... tried that once and really regretted it.
