I am finally pregnant after years of trying and finally IVF working for us. I am 14 weeks pregnant and everything has been perfect so far. People say that when you get into the 2nd trimester you start to feel really good. I feel so good I don't even feel pregnant. We had a sono two weeks ago and everything was great. Can anyone tell me when I might start to feel some movement? Would I know or have some type of symptoms if something was wrong? I appreciate any advice that anyone can give me.

" You should start to feel movement , I would say around week 16. Thats when I started to feel little butterflies. The only thing I can think of as symptoms of something going wrong......bleeding and/or cramping. I wish you the best and CONGRATS!!!!! "

" Congratulations on your pregnancy! The second trimester really is the best - I don't think I felt pregnant for the whole thing. Now as I enter the third, I have a few more aches and pains :) As far as movement, it really depends on the individual. They say sometime between 16 and 24 weeks for first time moms. I felt them around 16, but I know there are several people on here who didn't feel them until later. As long as your appointments are going well, don't worry! "

" Congratulations!!!!!
I started feeling movement at 17 and half weeks.
I also felt really well and 'normal' from the beginning. I've hit a bit of a wall this week with tiredness and emotions and I'm now 19 weeks. That's the 1st I've had any trouble.
Count yourself as one of the lucky ones.
Good luck x "

" I first felt baby at 15 weeks. And now when I don't feel her, I sometimes still worry. Its totally normal to worry, but if your doctor says everything is fine, then it probably is :) "
