So I will be 5 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have been having dull cramping for about a week and a half. My dr. is in Japan until next wed. I work in the imaging dept. of a hospital and had a coworker do a ultrasound to see if everything was ok and he found a cyst. I asked him if it could be an ectopic pregnancy in my ovary but he said is was very unlikely. He said that it was a bit too early to see the baby in my uterus but he said something was going on in there by the way it looked. I am still worried and would like to know if anyone else is familiar with cysts in early pregnancy. Please help. I am really scared as this is my first baby.

" I am not sure if this will help but I had cysts almost all of my adult life. When I got pg at times I would have to take medication to help with this. such as ib. I did not take this all the time and I also waited until I was in my 2 try. everything was all right with the baby. the doc just kept a close eye on this and i had to rest a lot. good luck and hope this hepls a little.
