I am 6 weeks and 6 days along and I noticed some discharge in my panties. It doesnt look like red bleeding, but maybe more of a brownish discharge, and when I pee I am not bleeding, just some staining on my panties. Should I go to the ER???I am sooooo incredibly scared right now. i am super crampy and feel like I am going to get my period any minute. I have a midwife appointment tomorrow around 240pm, but if its a miscarriage or if others think it could be, I would rather find out tonight. Anyone that can help me with this??? PLEASE!!!

" Brown discharge is very normal during pregnancy. It is old blood. However, if you are concerned, then call your midwife or doctor. If you are really crampy and have bright red blook then you should go to the ER. Good luck to you. I know how nervous you must be. Hang in there. "

" It could be anything really. If I were you, I'd wait until your appointment tomorrow. Not to scare you, but if it is a miscarriage, there isn't anything you can do about it anyways. If you aren't bleeding heavily, then I say your probably fine. The cervix is VERY sensitive during pregnancy and any little bump can cause a small bleed. Also, it could be something like a blood clot behind the placenta(which is totally normal) that has healed the old blood is just coming out. Also.. could be old blood coming out that sometimes happens during conception. If it's brown, that means old blood.. so that's a good thing!!
Definitely mention it to your midwife tomorrow, but try not to loose sleep over it. If you wake up in the middle of the night and are bleeding heavily, then go to the hospital. Wish you good luck.. I'm sure you are fine. Keep us updated after your appointment tomorrow. "

" OMG this just happened to me two days ago too. I'm 7 weeks. I was so scared. I called my doctor and she asked if I had sex within the last 24hrs. We had. She said that can cause it b/c right now your cervix is really senstive. I was still worried so I had her check my hormone levels. Everything turned out fine. I guess they really look at the progestrone level, if its below 10 they worry. Mine was 16.5. If you are worried, see if you can have a hormone blood test. "
