I actually got 11 hours of sleep last night, it was wonderful. I'm still amazed by how my body responds to stress, no longer am I superwoman.lol I used to be able to sleep four hours, work full time and part time and take 21 hours in college. I have chosen this path, noone else has provided the direction; I have had to listen to my mind, body and soul. This path may get lonely sometimes, but it is taking me where I need to go. Sorry that you did not hear from me yesterday, my errands took longer than I thought. My healing process has to be one of mind, body and soul; and I have been doing a lot of thinking and meditating on what would be the most beneficial for me. I managed to get an appt. with the chiro yesterday and thank goodness he fixed what the neuro messed up. His orders after the adjustment was to go home and take a nap because we had done quite a bit of adjusting. Serving in the army during the gulf war and being a tomboy from the country, I thought that I was very tough. This little nerve and muscle conductivity test showed me that I'm not half as tough as I thought. 52 needles and lots of blood and bruises later, I could not find my way out of a little office. In life everything really does come to a full circle. I don't know if it has been my bouts with medical issues or what has made me more aware, more alive, and more focused.
