Ever since they increased my Metformin and told me to watch the carbs.... I have been trying...........but everything has carbs in it. I don't even know where to start? I try to buy low fat low calorie stuff and that all has high carbs....... I'm so darn frustrated and today I'm having MAJOR stomach issues. I just don't know what to do :(

" Keep it simple. Fresh products are best - fresh meat, vege's, salads and fruits and you can't go too far wrong. Have an apple a day - full of antioxidants and also aid with wt loss. Remember eating carbs makes you hungry for more carb's so do your best. GL. "

" My diabetes doctor told me that as long as I kept carbs under 45g per meal and 15g per snack i'd be fine and you know what it works :) You can have a lot of stuff and unless its really starchy or something like 3other things before you reach 45g. Good luck :) "
