Are there any pain medications that has helped with the cramps when they are unbearable i have been dying for days cant deal. Frustrated please help. Thanks.

" My dr gave me a prescription for Ibuprophen (600mg). She gave me a 30 day supply with no refill. I only have to take one for the first couple of days, and after that it's not so bad. By the end of the year I'll be out between cramps and the occasional bad headache. "
