DH has decided to quit smoking, I guess he's tired of having to stand outside in the weather to smoke. So he said, "If work on loosing wieght I'll quit smoking." That's fine because I need to loose at least half a ton anyway, but now I'm working out and eating better. Loosing weight and all that, BUT he hasn't even made a move at quitting. This is so unfair. I mean it's working out great for me. I've lost something like 25 pounds, but he's still smoking a pack a day.

Now I feel like I'm just throwing a temper tantrum.

" I am sorry. Husbands can be like that. Maybe you can just keep encouraging him. Don't stop your end of the deal. It was be so much better for you in the long run, as for him I would just maybe try to find ways to help him quit. keep encouraging him. Good Luck "

" Congratulations on losing 25 pounds - that is fantastic. Keep on encouraging him, you can lead a horse to water......I think like losing weight you have to be prepared to do it, maybe he isn't yet. Keep at the weight loss yourself and maybe he will be inspired by how great you are doing! "
