I was just prescribed prometrium today along with ovulation kits before I start Clomid and I was just wondering if anyone else has taken this drug and what they felt on it and/or if it worked. I took it about 2-3 hours ago and feel all of a sudden very tired.

I have taken 2 rounds of prometrium. I didn't have any side effects from it, so the tiredness could be from something else. Just be warned...if you haven't had a period in a while once you quit taking the prometrium, you will have a period and mine was extremely heavy the first time but I hadn't had one in almost 9 months. The cramps are bad but only for a day or two. I just finished my clomid saturday so it looks like we are going through this together!!! Best of Luck!

I used prometrium suppositories after all three of my IUI's. It oozed out and made me feel really tired and headachy.
It can help though, from what I've heard. None of my IUI's have worked so far. Good luck and keep us posted!
