Hi Girls! I am going to be starting my 3rd Cycle of Clomid today. I will also be doing the BBT and OPK. I was wondering if any of you can give me some pointers on how to do this accurately. I have done both of these before, but never known if I have done it right. As far as the bloodwork goes, I have never ovulated. I am also wondering about how to use the Robitussin. I have seen a few posts of girls that have used that. Any other pointers would be great, too! We are really hoping that this is our month. If nothing happens this month I will be refered to a specialist. Thanks girls!

" Hi I'm the QUEEN of BBT. You can start taking your temp in the morn try to be around the same time everyday. you can go a half hr before or after so if your late or early you still can get a good pic of your cycle. After your last dose of clomid start taking your opk cause you don't want to miss a surge. They say most women will ovulate 5-10 days after last dose but I never did. Take the opk in the afternoon never in the morn because LH is high then you can also do it again in the evening. I like the evening around 5 pm. Opk's work I got preg like that and will use them again. I sadly m/c every time. Sometimes women with severe pcos can not use opk's. Mine is not so I don't know what your stats are with that. "

" I am doing OPKs this month too. I used them in May and they work (but I m/c). I am doing mine in the afternoon. I agree that you should take them everyday if you don't know your cycle. "
