This question is for anyone who works out on a regular basis. I was wondering if it changed your creatine number at all. Pre-baby I worked out and at times had an elevated creatine number...i was just wondering if anyone else experienced that, or maybe if it was just something else I was doing...anyway-I'm super-excited to get back into shape. My "official" program starts tomorrow, but i may sneak in today to get a head-start!!!
