" I have found quite often the doctors do not care ,think they know it all and refuse to pay attention to anything they can not explain. If your pain doesn’t fit then you must be imagining it. "

" I absolutley will not stay with a dr I do not trust and feel that they care about me. I know there are others out there and I will keep looking if I have to. You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect and you should think about finding a new physician if that is truely how you feel. Good luck, I hope things get better. "

" I learn over 12 years ago not to think that doctors are close to being God. After nearly losing my life to one, I vowed never to go through that again. Of course there would be couple of them that would reduce me to tears when they chose to be very intimidating, not to listen and make me feel so ignorant. Finally I learn to do my research and stand my ground. I let the doctor know upfront that I want someone to work with me and not against me. It is your body and they are being paid alot of money. You deserve to be treated with respect, understanding and patience. Go with your gut instincts. And be totally honest with the doctor. If you don't trust the doctor, it is your right to leave his/her office and to find the one that fit your needs. You are not bound to stay in the examing room. Just say, sorry this is not going to work out for me. Also let your insurance company knows what you had gone through with the dr. It is your right to ask the insurance company if there were any complaint made against the dr. I know how hard it is when you are in a lot of pain and in desparate to find someone to take care of you. There are drs out there that do care. "
