I know how you feel and there may be some that dont understand but after I had my DD me and my DH started right away for another it took 2/12 years to concieve again with the help of Clomid we finally where able to concieve with my DD it just happened but it isnt always as easy the second time I am only 21 and had a very diffacult time concieveing my second so dont be ashamed of wanting another one we know it is very diffacult and long road and may not happen as it did the first. 2 1/2 years sorry.

It took us 6.5 yrs for our first one and we are currently into our 3rd yr trying again. I started trying again right after thinking that it would take me a good 6 months to get pregnant. well that time has come and gone. good Luck and no is not to early to think about it

i know how you feel. it took us almost 6yrs to get pregnant with my son. i always thought that he would be our only child, but i knew i wanted more. when we were finally ready to try again, we were prepared for a long wait, and the possibility that it may not happen at all. well, i got pregnant that first month! sadly i lost the baby, as well as another 6months later, but im now 12weeks pregnant, and everything looks good. ive heard from several people that once you have a baby it does something to your system, and its easier to get pregnant. i never believed it until it happened to me! my advice is to listen to your instincts and let your baby be a baby and enjoy it yourself. trust me, its waay worth it! when you do decide to give it a try, just prepare yourself for all the possibilities, but stay positive. another thing, its better for your body (and your sanity) to wait at least a year to get pregnant again. congratutlations on your new arrival and good luck whatever you decide!

If you feel you are ready go for it. I come from a faith that it is not rare for moms to have three kids in diapers. My cousin has a 1 year old and a 3 week old. If you feel you can handle it then I say go for it. I am so glad that you love and want to be a mom. You should have as many kids as you can love. Best of luck.

I too am dealing with this . My daughter is 8 months old and I thought that I wanted to wait till she was a little older but I know that it's going to take time for me to conceive again and I too am trying again . I was supposed to go to the Dr's on Friday but he called and canceled cause he was sick and I'm thining in my mind thats another week I have to wait . I'm getting too uptight about things already .It sucks !!! I HATE PCOS !!

i have PCOS and had to use fertility drugs to get pg with #1, so we thought she'd be the only since we didn't have to money for more fertility drugs, well then low and behold while on metformin i ended up pg #2, no fertility drugs this time, i was eating a basically diabetic diet, exercising, and taking my metformin, but that's it. Enjoy your son while he's small, they get so big so fast!
