I formally ended things with the man I thought cared about me.I wish things could have turned out better but I am happier.I know what it is I want and I'm not going to settle for anything less.I know I made the right choice for me.I'm not going to give up on finding love.I deserve better than what I got from this man.

I had my tooth pulled Tuesday.They pulled it while I was awake.I honestly wasn't too crazy about that idea at first.I have to say I was a little scared.All right I was terrified but I made it through it.He pulled my tooth before I even realised he was done.I was numbed up pretty good.Now I'm recovering and in a little bit of pain.They gave me vicodin for pain but I had nightmares Tuesday ...

I weighrd myself 2day, I WENT FROM 247 DOWN TO 237!!!!! I am still walking a lot, so that helps a bit, plus i still follow my weight watchers even though we are not in session yet due to a lack of people wanting to join. i don't weigh myself every week i don't want to get discouraged, i need to lose at least 107 pounds more to be at my normal weight.

The patch is called Lidoderm it is a cotton patch with 5% lidocaine on it. you can ware it for up to 12 hours. It is wonderful. And for those of us that are sensitive to adheasive it is great as the patch stays in place with the medication mixed with a small amount of adhesive that does not smother your skin like others do. Just wanted you all to know I am still around. I am trying to get the house packed again. Yes here we go again.
Also I will not be in as much pain this time as the pain doc has me on a med patch for my spine. It is working good and lets me get some sleep at night.

Pleurisy, also known as pleuritis, is an inflammation of the pleura, the lining of the pleural cavity surrounding the lungs, which can cause painful respiration and other symptoms. Pleurisy can be generated by a variety of infectious and non-infectious causes.

Symptoms include: Fever, cough, chills, shortness of breathe, weight loss, poor appetite, sharp chest pain with breathing (Pain can limit the movement on the side of the chest with pleurisy. The pain can also be in the back around where the lungs are.), rapid shallow breaths, inability to take a deep breath, itching in sites on the back (near the site of the lungs, but no visible rashes).
