I am sorry you are in pain but OTC meds of advil 3-4 of them 3-4 times a day will help. It takes a little while but really helps - try it

Oh god, i symphasise with you, you poor thing. When i had pleurisy i was on diclofenic from the doctors that done nothing for me! I was then on a combo of cocodomol and ibrporfen, that helped but i had to take them continual otherwise the pain would break through and i culdn't move! I also used one of those heat packs you put in the microwave tht helped to ease some of the opain. I also had pneumonia and a pulmonary embolism at the same time. I used to saty in bed till i could take my tablets then only get up once they had kicked in and even then i was incruitaiing pain! It'll pass, just don't sit around too muhc, sleep upright cos i got a PE from doing that. But i couldn't breathe when i laid down so i had a catch 22!
