Often,when we are going through rough patches in our lives,we don't take the time to really analyze what a learning experience we are enduring.I feel that I have been fortunate enough to have gained a wee bit of wisdom along the way...I'll share a bit of mine,but please feel free to join in and add your own life experiences.Should be interesting.
I've learned that LISTENING is often more beneficial than talking. I've learned that I don't always have to be right. I've learned to appreciate another perspective..don't always have to agree,but to keep an open mind. I've learned to trust gut instinct. I've learned to pay closer attention to detail. I've learned that having the last word isn't as important as making the people I care about feel better with a word of encouragement. I've learned that alchohol doesn't make you sing better,dance better or look better(don't ask,lol) I've learned that everyone has problems and everyone has insecurities and to give people a chance.
