My counselor told me yesterday that she expects me to do five positive stress management tools and techiques. It can be different things. I am researching right now on different methods and plan to create a booklet for me to so whenever I painc or am depress I can review in my special booklet of my favorite techiques and methods to help me feel better or contorl better my moods. we should NEVER beat ourselves up about being naive. Not all people are like this. It is easy for us to get sucked into a relationship where he shows what appears to be true compassion and empathy for our situation. We are not so much naive, as we are trusting. To a certain degree, we expect others to have the same values we do, so we trust and act accordingly. This is not a failing, it is normal... -

My son is like me BP Aspergers Dispraxic and Dislexic and is a really nice guy at 17. He is clever and funny and a good man. He asked some college friends if he could meet them on Sat and they said yes. He confirmed on mobile and they did not turn up. When he phoned they put on funny voices. REAL FUNNY EH
I offerred as I am MAD to go round and torch their houses. He declined.

My moods and detox process has been better. I feel better today is my day 5 being sober! I am proud that I made it this far. I know I still have a long way yet to go. But I think I am getting better! Wood ticks everywhere, lots of tears all the time, and men, not enough good ones around, and they all are driving me crazy.
1st, Wood ticks. YUK. I live in the woods, the little Lyme's disease ones are out in huge numbers. Last week I got bumps all over my head from them. I have had so many again, in my hair and on my head. They make you paranoid, and itchy.
