" Yes, i also developed an eating disorder to cope abusive relationships since childhood - first it was binge eating, then it changed to not eating. I am grateful i have been able to beat both after years of struggle. But i did smoked tobacco and dope and also started to turn to alcohol - i am grateful that i stopped, my body couldn't take it anymore and now i am quite healthy, which is a blessing. And the recoveries had to do with starting to recognize what i had gone through and unbottling all emotions i had. "
