I am absolutely terrified of how I am going to die.
When I am driving is when my fear gets the best of me. I am terrified of someone shooting me, having a head-on collision, etc. Once I have that first thought of dying, it's almost impossible to make the thought go away, which makes it even worse. After that first thought, my imagination runs away and gets the best of me. I get nauseous whenever I think about it...

yes i have always had this fear n when my anxiety is bad it over takes my thoughts... snce bein on cipralex my life has been easier the fear is still there but not controllin me it pops up normally when im havin a bad day... my counsellor told me its not something people wrry about,, but since bein on here it is normal its because we have no control over death
