I know a lot of people here have strange fears and probably don't know the source. Well I think we should all write at least one fear of ours and why you think you have this fear. Here's an example.

1. fear of the toilet clogging :/ I think it is because I am afraid of it flooding and I have no control.

Understanding the reason is a good way of overcoming it. I think we should try it. :)

" What is your banging your head against a wall ow
to TRY and find a Trigger?
I have a SEVERE Phobia of taking a shower ( since a
crisis in my life in 1992 )
but have a hard time believing that was the trigger
as there has been times I am just fine with it..
Confusing at best. "

" I have an annoying and irrational fear of worms and maggots. No clue what triggered it or when but at the sight of either I will run screaming from the room or completely lose it. Snakes do not bother me though. I know that worms and maggots aren't going to hurt me and I tell myself that but I can not stand to touch them or even be around them. "
