I am wondering.. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and most of the time (70% I'd say) the bad attacks come from when I'm feeling sick. I have only thrown up 4 times in my life, but anytime I get a stomach ache or feel yucky it pops in my head and I am in panic until I feel better and even after dreading the next time. I am wondering is there any meds out there for panic that would help me think logically and know I'm not going to be sick everytime I don't feel well??? I'm going crazy here. I have been on alot of meds. Right now I am on klonopins. My dose was increased to 3 mg a day the other day because I had a stomach ache a week ago that turned into 6 days of panic and I ended up being fine and didn't get sick.

" I have the exact same problem. I take Zoloft to control feelings of anxiety and related symptoms so that my stomach relaxes a bit. And when panic strikes or extreme nausea - I take compazine and xanax. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I usually have to get and walk or talk to my husband or a friend to get the panicky feelings to pass. It sucks. =) "

" I agree with the other responses. Most of my panic is associated with feeling sick or being afraid I'm going to feel sick. ( a lot of it when driving). So I am on Zoloft and Zanax, and when in a extra tough situation compazine. Even a dramamine if just having panic associated with driving. "
