I need some advice. I am 14 and i cant stop thinking about death. When i sleep and when i just think in general. I just started thinking about it a week ago. I need some advice. I am even crying at times. I don't know if it is a phase or what i just want to try to forget about it..or try to make it better so i am not constanly thinking about it and crying. Please give me some advice or something.

hi there i went had this about a mounth ago i got past it by thinking to my self iv got years and years yet befor i think about it and just think happy but i no what you mean its head blowing
