My best friend just told me some things about her husband that doesn't put him in the best light. Really bad things that he has done to her in the past as well. He is a serial cheater. Anyway, she always tell me about it and I get concerned and then I don't hear back from her. I try not to say anything bad about her husband even though I think he is a peice of sh**. But she keeps believing his lies and going back with him. I don't even live near her anymore but we email about this stuff. Anyway, I found out that her son is having a really hard time and I got worried and said "I am always here if you need me" and to "take care of herself and her children and don't let anyone treat them less than gold" Now I don't hear back from her again. Does it sound like I'm prying? I'm just worried! I know she knows I hate her husband but I never say a word about it. I just wish she would stop reaching out to me and then slamming the door in my face when I try to be there for her!!! Any advice? Thank you!

i am the same way..i cant help being concerned for other ppl..but ive had the door slammed on me so many times....youre not prying....youre a good freind for being there..shell need you one day but for now she is blind to what is in her face....love is a nasty thing....you dont want to believe the one person you love most is a piece of shit, but they are and you still love them for who you think they are....shell come around. but the question is will you still be there
