i am terrified of fire ! i used to not be too worried of it but my dad just died from a fire and now if someone drops a fag or lights a candle i freak out. if i hear a fire alarm i freak out and break down and when i see a fire engine (well that doesnt affect me yet but makes me really angry they could have saved him if they moved him away but ye.

i now get panic attacks when someone lights a candle i dont class as safe or drops a lit fag anyway i see as a possible fire and fire alars send me loopy. i dont know what wrong with me and i am scared
