Im so sick of being dizzy & nauseated!
SO SICK!
im afraid to leave my house in case i get a dizzy spell...it happend at my in-laws house the other day & I was sooooo embassed
I told them i have Menieres & they never heard of that so what else do i say?
I dunno...im just frustrated & wishing this would stop. Its been 8 yrs & the meds dont help, so im trying the...

Just feeling down in the dumps this wk. I guess the weather is affecting my mood. also feeling very anti-social. I had to force myself to go out to dinner with relatives , I get occasional social antiety & i often hate interacting with people.
This is a problem b/c hubby has a Big family & there are alot of get togethers.

Just wanted to say how proud i am of dear son...he was hospitalized in dec for extremly high blood presure..& has been through the ringer of test..tests & MORE test..still no diagnosis. He is on8 pills a day to control his BP.(down from 16 pills aday)
he is working full time as well...~~collage starts back in sept.(so NO summer vacation for him) ;-(
he will be repeating l...1 Recommendation

It was a hot hot day today..went for my gyno check-up...dont ya just HATE those? at least i didnt get any bad news. ;-)
the bus was packed for the journey home...Got back just in time to pig out on Chinese food..& i ate my fair share!!
Gonna try to enjoy tomorow as it calls for rain on fri/sat. Maybe gonna see a movie on the weekend~~1 Recommendation -

Trying to stay encouraged...cant sleep very well anymore. Trying to stay above the low blood sugars, and trying not to be afraid to face a long night of wondering if I will drop low in the night. Here's a twist. Went to work today. Got reemed out for not performing to standards on my job. Man what a weird week. I'm on vacation and I feel like I'm in a pressure cooker. Something has got to give as I am breaking down mentally. I think running 110% all the time has caught up with me. I am supposed to go back to work on Tuesday, but at this point, not sure I can. I was within inches of a promotion and I think I need to step back for my own good. Hey I have my health though! -

Here I am 40 years old, wiped out financially, my ex uses my kids as leverage because she knows I love them so much, living with my retired parents and for the first time in my life I don't know what to do.
