Whoa, I was surprised to see they had a pku group on here! Most people say,"pk-what?" lol. Personally, I am waiting on a (food) shipment to come in soon, am only half on diet because of it right now. Any of you been off diet and notice how your moods are so erratic? They told me it was likely due to that anyways. Well, I am here, pm me if you want to talk. Take care all.
