It's not sunk in yet

I know it only just happened, but it doesnt seemed to have sunk in all the time yet. It was horrible to let go, but we couldnt let him carry on. I never seen my dad cry until last night... he was destraught. Theres an empty space in our home now, you never realise until they are gone how much time and space (in your home and heart) they take up.

I wasnt really startin a discussion or anything like that, I just wanted to express this, however feel free to leave comments. I hope this gets easier and I will miss him greatly. R.I.P Tadge.

" awww. i know how it is. my cat passed a week ago. i never cried as much before in my life. it leaves an empty feeling in our home and hearts for sure. i stayed at my sister's for a few days bc i couldn't stand being home. i feel the same way about it sinking in and horrible to let go. I relate so much. Seems we all are going through it or have gone through it. People say with time it will get better. I'm here for ya. It is very difficult. Hang in there! Hold the love and memories, he is with you in your heart. Susanne "

" I'm very sorry for your loss and can relate as we had to put our 13 year-old black lab to sleep last weekend. Life just isn't the same without her.... "
