" have you told this to your dr.? Are you seeing a psychiatrist...you need to. Take those 2 journals with you when you go for her to read. a good dr. can help you with this and help you feel much better.

" i see psych and CPN. I had meeting with her on Monday and my meds were upped. To be honest i think they are making me feel v strange. At the moment I can see things not to bad but when I read my journal I realise that I am swinging from one thing to the next. I feel really embarrassed about all the things I have posted. I get this horrible sinking feeling that everyone else thinks I'm a total jerk. I am trying so hard not to cry and appear normal I can't believe it's so hard. I cannot and will not end up on the psych ward again. thankyou for taking time to read my journal. X "

" You shouldn't be ebarrassed. You are certainly not the only one that feels that way! If you could find a group with the same things your going through, that is supervised by a therapist, i think you would feel a lot better just know your not the only one. And you would gain insite to what others are doing to cope with their situation. I also think you should give your dr. a call and let her know what you think the meds are doing. They may be making things worse. It is important to let your dr.know every detail so that they can better treat you.
